Xavier's First Birthday

My godson Xavier's first birthday party was a couple weeks ago, and as a birthday gift, I painted up this garbage can for him.  I chose this design because it matched the canvas I painted for him when he was first born.  I then filled it up with some stuffed animals and wrapped it in some clear wrap.  Happy birthday little guy!

Here is a painting I recently made for my cousin Mackenzie's first birthday.  I made a painting for her sister Kayla a couple years ago, and I wanted to do the same for her.  Happy first birthday Mackenzie!

A Step Stool For Xavier

A few month's ago I was asked to be a godmother to my cousin, Xavier.  The Christening was last Sunday, and since I know his mother loves hand painted items, I made him this step stool!  It is something he could easily grow into and use as a decoration for his room!  I got the step stool at Target and used my oil based paint pens for the design.  When it was all done, I wrapped it up in clear wrap.  I meant to take a picture of it all wrapped up, but I completely forgot!

Polka-dot crazy!

Polka dots are so simple, yet give a lot of character in the sense of design!  These would be perfect framed in a baby's nursery or a child's playroom.  These will soon be available for purchase in my society 6 store so stay tuned!

Happy Birthday Kayla!

This is a painting I made for Kayla.  She is my newest little cousin.  Her first birthday party is next weekend and I painted this canvas for her room!  I haven't painted like this on a canvas with acrylic paint in a long time and it felt great to be able to do this again!  Happy first birthday Kayla!
