Well it's that time of year again! The time of silly resolutions, and reflections on the past year. Since everyone else is doing it, I'll throw my two cents in too. 2015 has been a pretty awesome year for me. Probably the best year so far of my life! I was pregnant for half the year, which was amazing in itself, and the other half was spent in complete awe over my tiny little baby butt, who has been the best thing to ever happen to me! While I don't think 2016 could ever beat 2015, I am looking forward to making many more memories with my new little family! Until next year everyone!

Merry Christmas!
Have you ever seen that movie Four Christmas's? Well, that pretty much sums up our Christmas Day. It was crazy hectic...we were up early, went to four different houses, were told we were being disrespectful for leaving early at one house, were told we were disrespectful at another house for admitting we didn't like pumpkin pie, and had a cranky baby to deal with once we finally got home. And people wonder why we're such bah humbugs and hate this time of year. It is not magical...it is not fun...and I'm pretty sure next year we are just staying home.
Here's my Christmas doodle. A day late. I'm just happy the holidays are finally over.

Heart Doodle
As you can tell by my Thanksgiving doodle from a few weeks ago, I've been really into doodle art lately! Here's a little heart doodle I did during my lunch breaks over the course of a week.

Happy 5 months!
Here's a little drawing I did in honor of my son's 5 month birthday! I can't believe how fast these 5 months have gone and can remember back to the morning I woke up early and got that positive pregnancy test!
I also complied a list of my favorite things I've experienced in the past 5 months that I know I will never forget...
• That sweet sweet baby smell
• Two words: baby butt
• Baby giggles when you make the stupidest faces
• Waking up in the morning to a baby full of smiles
• Baby snuggles after a long, stressful day of work
• The face of your smiling baby right after he peed all over you, five minutes before you were going to leave for work
• The diaper explosions at the most inappropriate times
• The way he looks at you when you feed him
• How he can fall asleep on you, the second his head hits your chest
• Baby farts
• And last but not least...over time, the physical scars of pregnancy and child birth will fade, but you will never get back the time you didn't spend with your new little family. Don't worry so much about your appearance. Enjoy every moment, because it all goes by way too fast...
